Did you know that Delhi is actually made of seven cities? Did you know that the Signature Bridge surpasses the Qutub Minar in height? Did you know that Delhi has a Shah Jahan Forest in the middle of the city and parts of Aravalli hills in JNU campus?
If not, then come meet up with us and we will take you to these and more such places in Delhi. There are so many places in Delhi that are left unexplored by travellers.
This meet-up is all about exploring the hidden gems of Delhi. We aim at travelling to places where the usual travellers do not go to. Locals are usually familiar with these places. We, with this meet-up, want to encourage travellers to travel like locals. We are planning to visit cafes, hangouts and less explored areas in Delhi that do not land up on travel websites but are common among the local crowd.
Winters are the best times to explore the city. It brings out the colours and cosiness of the city even among the chilly winds that blow throughout the day.
Delhi has so many secrets to offer and even the locals are unaware of many such places. Delhi is also a cultural hub of the country that not only has its unique taste and flavour but also houses the cultures of the Punjabis, Haryanvis, Himachalis, UPites and most definitely the culture of the people who came to Delhi during the partition. It is a mix of these cultures that gives flavour to the mouth watering delicacies of Delhi. This meet-up will also focus on trying these amazing flavours that are a treat to the taste buds. So, foodies from around the country (and abroad too) come together for a fun-filled meet-up.
