While I can't guarantee enlightenment, we'll have a joyful time working on the journey :)
We'll start with a brief orientation and mindful exercise, followed by a moderately brisk 20-minute (1 mile) silent forest & meadow walk (to hear the sounds), and then 20-minutes of yoga stretches (to listen to the body) followed by 20-minutes of sitting meditation (for a deep visit with the mind and all the senses). All of this will be outdoors in a beautiful, peaceful, semi-private setting. Bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket (you won't need to walk with it).
This event is being limited to 10 participants. Please only RSVP if you are definitely attending. If full, try the waiting list. Emergencies do happen. Exact location is TBD (will depend on where most participants are coming from) but will most likely be in Chapel Hill, Carrboro or Hillsborough. Location will be sent to confirmed participants the day before.
We could consider an optional brunch when we finish up.
