Increasing Analytical Thinking in Agile Teams

Nick Foard is joining us to talk about analytical thinking in agile teams. Nick is well known within the agile community here in New Zealand and especially for his Star Wars-related talk on Sky City (a sequel is coming!!).

In the talk we will:

• Explore what analytical thinking is, when and where it needs to be applied
• Understand the impact of reduced levels of analytical thinking in Agile teams,
• Work out the right level of analytical thinking required to achieve better outcomes
• Help Agile team members to understand how to increase their analytical thinking capability through the use of practical techniques

Nick is an Agile & traditional delivery veteran with 25 years of proven track record in delivery and business transformation with over 40 organisations in NZ and abroad. He draws on his core skills of business analysis, agile coaching, project management, training & facilitation.
