A little Advice for Agile Product Owners

The Product Owner is probably the most difficult role to play on agile teams. To start with nobody seems to quite agree on what the product owner is: are they a Business Analyst, or a Project Manage­r? And do you need a Product Owner if you have a Product Man­ager?​

Then there is a ques­tion of the team: sh­ould Product Owners lead the team? Are they part of the team? Can POs be shared across teams?​
​
In this presentation author Allan Kelly will try to answer these questions and give some practical advice on what Product Owners are and how they should tackle their work.​
