In his talk on "Scrum and Kanban - Making the most of both with Scrumban", Daniel Ploeg explains the similarities and differences between the two and how using them together creates better outcomes.

Bio
Daniel Ploeg brings 20 years of experience in the technology industry leading teams and improvements. Since 2010, Daniel has been working as an independent contractor / coach and has helped various organizations in a variety of industries. As Australia's leading Kanban expert (Accredited Kanban Consultant & Trainer), Daniel uses his knowledge of Kanban helping clients solve their problems, but also trains and brings deeper awareness to the broader professional community about what Kanban is and how it can help them. When working with clients he focuses on allowing teams and their broader organization to evolve to the unique form of agility, appropriate for their context.
