Hardly any company, that wouldn’t invest quite some effort into major organizational change initiatives these days. Transformation programs seem popular, whether Lean, Agile or digital. And many of them face the same issue: odds are high, that results will not meet expectations. There must be better ways. And yes, there are.

We are happy welcoming Mike Burrows for this session, who is a true pioneer in the field of enabling meaningful change. Mike is the creator of Agendashift and the author of various books on the topic. With Agendashift Mike created an ecosystem of change agents around an open framework, focused on continuous, outcome-oriented transformation. One of the latest results of his work is the Deliberately Adaptive Organization, a rich model for enabling participation and engagement, agreement on outcomes on all levels of an organization.

In this session we will dive deep into the nature of successful change. We’ll explore how to foster inside-out change, how to approach strategy in better ways, how to enable leadership on all levels and how to shape & grow an adaptive organization.

Bring your experiences, topics and questions too and we’ll be excited to bring them into the conversation.
