A pre-conference unconference with Michiel de Wit and Pim Elshoff

The night before GrowIT 2018 commences, there will be a small-scale unconference, hosted by Agile Coaching Serbia as Agile community partner of GrowIT. Everyone is welcome to pitch talks. By majority of votes, the actual program of the night will be determined. This gives experienced and inexperienced speakers alike a chance to contribute ideas and experiences that would not fit the GrowIT conference, but are too interesting not to be shared. With a total of 12 available slots, there will be something for everyone in this open space meetup.

About facilitators:

Michiel de Wit - Co-founder of start.me and seasoned developer, scrum master and agile coach. Michiel has over 20 years of experience developing everything from classic Windows COM+ applications to Ruby on Rails, Prolog and Delphi. With this experience, Michiel now tries to help other developers plan their IT career and make sure developing stays fun. From Nijmegen, the Netherlands (originally Rotterdam), 37 years old, father of two beautiful kids and addicted to playing (new) board games.

Pim Elshoff - I’ve been a developer-for-hire for over a decade and a professional developer any time soon now. With over half that time spent working with scrum at Procurios, the agile mindset has really clicked for me.
