Scrum: From the Books to the Reality
Agile is an increasing trend. We are in a time where Agile is mentioned and pursued by the majority of the organisations (regardless of their shape or form).
Not only but also because reading the books Agile and particularly Scrum seem quite straight forward... and very easy to implement.
But how are those organisations getting along with their agility quest? Are they being successful? Or struggling with it?
In this talk I'm going to tell you what no one told you so far: "Scrum is pretty hard to implement and I'm 100% sure that you will struggle or fail on the attempt to implement it"... but not everything is lost! It doesn't need to end like that... let me tell you more about it.
