Abstract:
Leadership can be a natural calling to many... To others, it can be learned the hardest way.

In this workshop, we will start to define "The Leader". Then we need to look at the other side and understand "The Team". In the end, we will discuss how can be provided effective leadership.

About Sofia (https://www.linkedin.com/in/sofiaandrade/), She is an experienced Product Manager and Business Controller. Her curiosity makes her a continuous learner. Besides her founding education on Economics and Business, she has enrolled several courses on Faculdade de Psicologia (UP) regarding Emotional Intelligence and Leadership. Now she is applying for a Computer Science Engineering postgraduate.

As a communicator, she has presented more than 50 talks/workshops while member of the Oporto Toastmasters Club. She loves to share her knowledge and contribute to a better world.

OBS.: The workshop will be presented in Portuguese (pt-pt).

The meetup will take place on Thursday, July 23rd, 6:30 pm - 8:30 p.m., online.
