Casebook: An Agile UX Collaboration between Case Commons, IDEO and Pivotal Labs

Casebook, a social network for social workers, is a long-term large-scale agile software project that successfully navigates enormous technical complexity, massive design challenges inherent with a sprawling system, and tremendous legal requirements.

Case Commons (http://www.casecommons.org/) (the organization responsible for making Casebook) will provide real-world examples of a team successfully building software at scale by staying close to agile principles. Together with designers and developers from IDEO (http://www.ideo.com) and Pivotal Labs (http://www.pivotallabs.com), they'll share their story of how process-focused developers, designers, and product managers from three typically different industries came together to build a cohesive team, product, and practice.

Join us for a moderated panel discussion of the history of the project, lessons learned, and a examination of the process from the people directly involved.
