Hanna-Mari Loisa & Outi Väättänen’s presentation is about how you can create/strengthen psychological safety during remote working conditions.

Jaakko Jokipii’s presentation is about practical examples of actual exercises done with remote teams and general guidelines, tips and tricks.

Hanna-Mari Loisa is a coach at Ericsson R&D Finland, where she runs coaching sessions and team building sessions for cross-functional development teams and leadership teams. Moreover, she has solid experience with organisational culture development and agile transformation.

Outi Väättänen is one of the LIA 100 women making significant contributions in Lean and Agile 🧡. Outi is a senior coach in Ericsson R&D Finland, who for 10+ years supporting individuals, teams, communities and organisations in the journey towards Lean, Agile and beyond – helping them to enable continuous flow, continuous change, continuous learning, continuous improvement and continuous experimentation.

Jaakko Jokipii is an Agile coach at financial sector. Jaakko is better known as a facilitator of change, a meta-agilist, an Experimenter, father of three and Air Guitar Overlord.
