Games and simulations are useful tools to experience Agile practices, to communicate complex problems at work and to learn how to apply Agile and Lean thinking to solve them. At the Agile Game Lab we want to bring people together to tinker with Agile games. Here you can try out games, that you haven't played before, design a new new game, e.g. by using Tasty Cupcakes’ Agile Game Incubator PLAID (http://agilealliance.org/files/session_pdfs/Agile%20Game%20Incubator-agile2011.pdf) or have just fun playing Agile games, learn from each other, share stories and network.
