This group is for Human Resource Professionals, Leaders, Functional Managers, Consultants, Entrepreneurs and any other Professionals interested in practicing Agile (and its related methodologies) values, principles and practices in the areas of Human Resources and Organizational Development.
The core purpose of this meetup is to create a common platform to share, learn and collaborate on various topics and areas that lead to HR, organizational and business agility in startups, medium-sized and/or enterprises. Key topics can include understanding of Agile values and principles, hiring practices (in an agile world), transcultural competence, cross-functional collaboration, coaching culture, performance feedback and quality check-ins, diversity and inclusion, communication, and many more!
