"The Drunken Hamster approach to DevOps" by Daniel Karlsson
Daniel Karlsson has been working within the software development industry for well over 10 years, currently working at etraveli as a Sr. Software Test Engineer, he constantly tries to be involved with all things related to quality. He continuously strives to avoid getting caught within the functional stupidity trap by always seeking out new challenges and by always questioning everything. Besides working primarily with test and quality he also teaches at the KYH – Technical Test education in Gothenburg. Co-organize Meetups under “Passion for Testing” and speaks at various companies and conferences. DevOps is a common buzzword nowadays that is sold as “the solution to everything” and as such it raises a lot of questions. For instance, is it really something everyone should do or can do regardless of context? How does it work? Do you need to go from quality assurance to quality assistance to succeed? In this presentation, Daniel Karlsson will try to answer the questions above and more. He will talk about the journey he has been on together with his team over the last couple of years and the different challenges they have dealt with during their transformation to DevOps and how it changed the way he looks at test forever.

    What we're about

    Be Agile, my friend!

Somos agilistas, y vivimos en unas islas. Estamos empezando, y tenemos muchas ganas.
