ALLISON POLLARD:

Allison Pollard is an Agile Coach, Speaker and Principal Consultant at Improving. Her passion is helping people discover their agile instincts and develop their coaching abilities.

Allison has over eight years of experience in applying agile methods to improve delivery and strengthen relationships between business and IT. She delivers training, coaching, and facilitates events to enable teams and organizations to build upon successes and overcome obstacles in their journey to high performance.

She has presented at many conferences, including Keep Austin Agile, Scrum Gathering, Dallas and Houston TechFests, UTDallas Project Management Symposium, and PMI Professional Development conferences on a variety of topics, including Scrum Master as team coach, creating communities of practice, and eliminating barriers between teams and customers.

A big believer in the power of communities, she regularly attends agile meetups in the Dallas area and agile coach camps in the US and Canada.

MIKE CARACALAS:

Mike Caracalas is an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant. He provides highly effective executive and team coaching based on the knowledge and best practices he gained while working in Human Resources and corporate America for 18 years.
