Scaling Scrum in Learning Organizations: Tips 4 Scrum Masters from Michelangelo

Details

Large Technology Companies with long histories and established cultures struggle the most to adapt to dynamic markets with rapidly evolving threats and opportunities. Sometimes, the solution seems to be Scaling Scrum. But Scaling Scrum reveals deep, systemic dysfunctions that refuse to magically disappear with the increased number of people robotic-ally sleep-walking through the "daily stand-up".

How can such organizations overcome impediments created by decades of ingrained behavior? What Disciplines must they practice and what role can Scrum Masters play in helping them transition to Learning Organizations? In this session, we will explore how Scrum Masters can integrate Peter Senge's 5 Disciplines of Learning Organizations into the Nexus Framework to help Scale Business Agility with Scrum. And we will find out what Michael Angelo had to say many centuries ago that might guide and inspire them in their journey
