She has agile coaching and Change Management experience for more than 10 years with a passion to improve process and team performance. Having worked with prominent global clients in multiple business domains and technologies, she has a deep expertise in managing application software development with a strong hands-on development background, She has a strong record of building trusted relationship with clients, customers, peers and team members and is on a mission to continuously improve. Valar's latest interest is in scaling Agile. She is a certified SPC 4 (SAFe) as well as a SPS (Nexus) consultant.
