Have you faced challenges working in a software development environment and wondered how other teams and organizations deal with similar situations? Have you and your team often debated the impact of communication, team dynamics, and organizational context on your day-to-day work? Did you ever wish you could discuss these and similar topics with someone who had extensive experience in coaching organizations and their leaders? If you answered yes to any of the questions, you're in for a treat because we will have Don Gray, Agile coach, author and mentor facilitate this meetup. Please bring your questions and check out the attached diagram for more ideas. Don will lead a discussion which will explore relevant concepts and aims to give us ideas to take back to our teams.

Don has worked with numerous organizations across a variety of industries through their transition to Agile development practices. He works with executives and managers building coherent organizational structure, processes, policies and goals where teams can flourish. He incorporates his study of communication, personality types, team styles, systems thinking, and human systems dynamics into his work and writing. You can find a number of his articles published in Better Software magazine and on StickyMinds.com. He co-founded and co-hosted the AYE Conference, and he frequently speaks at national and regional Agile conferences as well as local meetups. You can see the list of topics he has presented here: https://www.donaldegray.com/downloads/ You can also get more information about him on his website and follow him on Twitter, @donaldegray.

Special thanks to TEKsystems who will be sponsoring this event. We will have snacks and appetizers at K Town Tavern starting at 5:30pm and Don will officially start the discussion around 6.
