About the Presentation:
We’ve all been there with a client or set of stakeholders. When we inquire and try to understand what’s most important to them we inevitably get some variation of “It’s ALL important and must be done” or “my stuff is more important than her stuff.” This workshop will arm you with a few different prioritization techniques that you can use immediately with the stakeholders on your project or program. We’ll run through a few different scenarios and cover when you’d want to use which technique. They’ve been successfully used in the education, commercial, and federal spaces (so they’re field tested).

About the Speaker:
Jason is a pragmatic Enterprise and Team Agile coach, with a niche in product ownership. His Agile credentials are rooted in the Government sector where he started as a product owner and got to see first hand the challenges, patience required, and eventual benefits of Agile delivery through a soup-to-nuts transformation effort. Aside from coaching, he teaches Agile Fundamentals courses, facilitates Enterprise Value team formations, leads team Agile “jumpstarts,” and occasionally speaks on Organizational Management theory.
