7:00 to 7:15 PM - Introduction

About the Presentation:
This session will explore what coaches do, how they build their expertise, and considerations one can have when they think about coaching (including hiring one). We’ll integrate some development psychology from Spiral Dynamics and Integral Theory as a way of explaining coaching journeys. In taking this view, you get a very detailed understanding of coaching and what type of coach you may need for your long haul or even your shorter term needs.
