What makes a great manager? Organizations face this question on a regular basis. What makes them stand out? What do they do to help others around them really raise their game? How can we emulate their success, even if they are in another company, or even industry?
Participants in this session will learn specific areas they as leaders can focus on to enable and empower those around them to reach new heights. By considering concepts of psychological safety, human needs, and the environments that we create as leaders and managers, we can help our organization ascend to levels they only imagined were possible.

The first Path to CSP Educator approved in North America, he is one of the world’s leading educators for the A-CSM and CSP-SM. Expanding his passion for supporting new agile leaders, Chris recently launched the Trainer Immersion Program (TRIP) designed to help instructors in their ability to design and deliver their own courses. Based in the Washington, DC area, Chris’s extensive work in both commercial and Federal organizations gives him a unique perspective into organizational change and technical delivery.
