Business Agility and Agile Working with Finance

At our March meetup, we will be pleased to welcome guest speaker Dean Latchana, who will speak on the topic ‘Agile Working with Finance’. Dean is an independent, expert Agile coach who supports a number of organisations.

The worlds of Agile and finance often feel like distant cousins. Yet, considering the uncertainties of the business environment, they should be interlinked so as to enable organisations to make the right decisions, with the right people, at the right time and with the right funds. Dean will explain how this can be achieved.

IndigoBlue’s Senior Consultant, Alan de-Ste-Croix, will then speak on the topic of Business Agility. Increasingly, we’re seeing organisations understand the necessity to embrace the Agile mindset across the whole enterprise – something often described as Business Agility.

Alan will provide lessons learned, practical guidance and implementation strategies from IndigoBlue’s experience of helping organisations move from Agile development to true Business Agility.

There will be ample time for networking and to ask Dean and Alan questions.
