Our December event is looking forwards to February 2021....

February will be the 20th anniversary of Snowbird and emergence of Agile.
There is a global festival, Agile20Reflect, during this month and we have been invited to be a part of that, so we're using our December event to collaborate together and decide what we want to accomplish.

The Festival has three overall themes
History and Origins of Agile and the Agile Community
The Current State of Agile and Agile Community
And Future Possibilities for Agile and the Agile Community

To help us understand more we'll be joined by some of the Agile20Reflect Ambassadors,
Jak Mohammed, Ambassador for Northern Europe
Erin Davies, Ambassador for UK
Shane Gallen, Ambassador for Ireland

Oh and as it's December, lets keep it fun and have a bit of a party :)

Potential activities for the session include:
* The unique organisational structure and leadership of the Agile20Reflect (empowering circles)
* Santa' s Christmas List for Agile20Reflect
* The ghost of Agile Past Present & Future
* What is the Festival about (was Snowbird and the Agile manifesto really 20 years ago?)
* The world of remote working with Agile
* Open rooms to move to the room you like
* World Cafe
* Panel discussion
