Find Your WHY by Simon Sinek Book Club Discussion

In our inaugural meeting of our Agile Leadership Book Club the book discussed was Start With WHY by Simon Sinek. In Start With Why, Simon introduced us to the concept of and case for WHY. He taught us about the concept of the Golden Circle. In this book, Find Your Why, he shows those of us inspired by the message to find their WHY and bring it to life personally and professionally.

Please take some time prior to this meeting to acquire and read or listen to this book, so we can have interactive and fun discussions. If you have a chance to even start applying some of the instruction from the book so we can discuss here, even better!

This meeting will just be one hour long. As our group matures we can inspect and adapt to decide what works, what doesn’t, if we like longer meetings, and refine our format. Join us now, and help us become the book club that you enjoy and help it become what you want or need for agile and leadership inspiration.
