The Nashville Agile User Group promotes the values and practices of Agile software development in the middle Tennessee area. We meet the second Monday of each month for facilitated discussion luncheons and hold various events throughout the year. Our monthly luncheons are open discussions on topics chosen by attendees. These meetings are free to attend and lunch is provided. Everyone is encouraged to share and learn.
Kanban and it's underlying Lean principles have gained popularity in the Agile community and many are finding it a great accent to their existing processes. In this very special episode of Agile Nashville we will discuss the principles and practices of Kanban and how it can augment your Agile adoption. We will also include a fun exercise to experience some of the benefits of Kanban practices.
Food will be ready at 11:30 and the discussion will start at 12:00.
Thanks to our host and sponsor Vaco for giving us the meeting space and buying lunch! Also thanks to Acklen Avenue for sponsoring our website.
