July Lunch Meeting "The State of Scrum""

With all these "Scrum is Dead" posts it's hard to know what is really going on with the adoption of Scrum (and Agile in general) in our industry. Coupled with other signs such as mass layoffs of Scrum Masters/Coaches and attendance down at Scrum/Agile conferences, it can seem like the era of Scrum is coming to an end. What are you seeing out there?
