Do's and Don'ts of Implementing Scrum @Scale

While we utilize SAFe as our standard Agile framework in Nordea, this does not mean we aren't looking for the insights applied in other Agile frameworks. As a consequence of this, we have invited Luiz “Q” Quintela, a senior Agile advisor and certified Scrum @Scale trainer from the United States to visit Nordea.

In this Meetup, Luiz will discuss his learnings, call it do’s and don’ts of 7 transformations, so far, because whether you are part of an Agile Transformation, an Adoption or Implementation of new ways of working, there are some pitfalls and pain points that we probably all wish we knew before we started learning the hard way.

We will delve into the difficulties of “organic” transformations that often start at a department level without the support of HR/People Ops and executives, how we can get executives to support and drive a transformation that involves the whole organization instead of a single department and many other exciting topics.
