Culture follows structure
Details
Hi all
We have Venkatesh Krishnamurthy back in town. Below is the talk and presenter info. See you at the meetup!
Description :
If you have been working in an agile environment for a long time, you would have questions like
- How can I change the command and control management structure ?
- How can I change the mindset of the leaders ?
- How can I create a collaboration environment ?
- How do the leaders at the Gemba look ?
- How can I practically bring large transformations and change in mindset with small structural changes ?
If you are interested in these questions, then you are at the right place. In this presentation, you would not only hear the case study of a real transformation of an organisation but also see the pictures before and after.
Nowadays, most organisations are struggling to bring change in culture and mindset with little or no impact. This case study could open up a few possibilities and give you some ideas to try in bringing cultural changes.
