The Spotify model - what does it really mean???

The Spotify Model is great at solving particular types of problems. But, sometimes new problems come up that demand new approaches. This talk will share lessons learned, successes and failures from evolving the old Spotify model within one tribe.

The speaker is Nadav (Simon) Cohen. He most recently worked as a Director of Engineering at Spotify NYC, where he was a servant leader responsible for helping a tribe of engineers be effective, happy and always more awesome. Nadav has been working with software and software engineers for the past eighteen years. He’s built systems and managed teams in tech, finance and cyber-security.
