Liberating Structures in Practice
Details
This is a first Meetup in a series for introducing and practicing Liberating Structures (LS) in Israel. Liberating Structures are a set of 33 easy-to-use facilitation patterns for interaction in groups of any size. They can be used in small groups like your Scrum team, an agile transformation team, but also in groups of 100+ (for instance a whole department or company) to involve and engage everyone. They fit perfectly in an Agile transformation and are supportive in expanding self-organization.
In this Meetup we will explore some of the structures hands-on and we will show you how to use them yourselves. We will share more background on the format of the structures and how to connect them in a string of structures.
More background on Liberating Structures can be found here: http://www.liberatingstructures.com/.
The evening will be facilitated by Maryse Meinen and Edwin Burgers, Practical Agile colleagues from the Netherlands. They are Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches and have quite some experience in the use of Liberating Structures in their daily work.
Join this Meetup if you are a facilitator, trainer, Scrum Master or otherwise frequently work with groups.
