What we're about

Get inspired by your peers.

agilePRAXIS has a particular meaning. "agile" is a behaviour of an interconnected world where knowledge emerges from those interactions. "PRAXIS" is the highest wisdom defined by Aristotle. PRAXIS is also related to episteme. It means "what to do at what moment in time, in what context and for whom".

Agile Praxis is about agile and all other challenges of the 21st century. These challenges might be "digitalisation", "Industry 4.0", "Service Design", "VUCA" or "Organisational Development".

This meetup has evolved from partly on-site to remote since a year by now.In the beginning, we had conversations on FaceBook, where we debated on ideas, concepts, opinions and interpretations. After a couple of years, I thought that I missed something, I wanted more. I wanted to share those conversations, to enlarge the conversation for a broader audience.

"It is more important for me to listen to how you are interpreting the music than how it is written."Hope you will enjoy it

How to lead without leading

Online event

Topic: How to lead without leading: A Clean Language approach to conversations in a complex world How to lead without leading: A Clean Language approach to conversations in a complex world I will explore the notion of ‘leading’ – particularly though metaphor, logic, presupposition and question structure – and how to be influential in a ‘clean’ way within the world of agile. “We cannot not communicate” also means our words and behaviour cannot not lead others. This presents a potential paradox for those of us who would like to support others to come up with their own solutions, generate their own ideas and access the emergent wisdom in their system. Rather than deny we ask leading questions, it is better to understand the subtle ways in which all communication can lead and unintentionally inhibit others’ creativity. Knowing how to ask high-quality questions on behalf of another person or group can transform conversations. James Lawley studied with David Grove for 12 years. As a result he co-developed Symbolic Modelling and co-authored "Metaphors in Mind" with his partner Penny Tompkins. Together they have a private psychotherapy and coaching practice and teach Symbolic Modelling throughout the world – developing the developers of others. James has also co-authored "Insights in Space" with Marian Way, nine academic research articles related to Clean Language, and over 200 other articles and blogs freely available at cleanlanguage.co.uk

Annemiek Van Helsdingen: Topic to come i.e. Clean language or Inside Clean

agile² Webinars (online)

LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/annemiekvanhelsdingen Bio: Annemiek van Helsdingen was a successful executive coach, corporate consultant and change facilitator until chronic illness got in the way. It forced her to admit to what she knew deep down, that she is a priestess and always has been. Combined, this led to the birth of Soul-based Coaching. Now she is helping others to Invoke their Client's Magic, so that those clients can live the life they came here for. So they can make deep transformations with ease. Aligned with their soul-knowing. Meditation, yoga, dance are all favourites. She loves exploring the outdoors with her husband and daughter and the way they make up the theme song of their daily life as they go along. Pierre E.
