Kaizen: Beyond retrospectives

Kaizen is a Japanese philosophy that focusses on Continual Improvement in workplace. For an organisation in their Agile Journey, they need to have a Kaizen focus and work on Kaizen Transformation

Retrospectives, one of the key tools, helps in identifying areas of improvement and help in Kaizen transformation.

Bigger challenge lies post retrospectives ,i.e, executing the improvement actions.

Overcoming the challenge in implementing change is what makes Kaizen Transformation a success.

As part of this talk, I will share my experiences with Implementing Change and going beyond Retrospectives to achieve Kaizen.
