2-up: The "Best View" (Mark Wheeler) & Hiring Agile Teams (Darryl Sherborne)

A session of 2 halves in March, led by ASC regulars Mark Wheeler and Darryl Sherborne. Mark will be sharing his "Best model" for process improvement, and Darryl Sherborne will share ideas for role-playing in candidate selection for agile teams.

The Best View: an improvement model for teams and organisations to help them be the best they can be.

I've used and refined this model for the last few years in a number of organisations and the model has become more and more effective. Based on a single piece of paper the model helps you to define what you do, why you do it and how good you are. From this baseline you can then improve and track your improvements, whilst keeping you team and your stakeholders engaged.
