The real opportunity is not just to manage testing better, but to lead quality as a strategic capability across teams and across the organisation.

In an AI-driven organisation, quality cannot be treated as a late testing phase or a separate function. It has to be designed and built into the flow of delivery across teams, products, and value streams. That means leaders need to think beyond test execution and focus on trust, risk, reliability, accountability, and continuous improvement at scale.

In this meetup, we will explore:

• how AI is changing the role of test management
• why quality leadership matters more in agile and DevOps environments
• what it means to lead quality across multiple teams
• how to move from managing testing to enabling designed-in quality.

This meetup is relevant for us in the Agile Transformation and Personal Growth community because AI is changing how organisations build quality, lead teams, and improve delivery across the business.

The main meetup is designed as a 60-minute discussion-based session with shared learning from participants. We will begin with a short small-group conversation about how AI is already changing the way software is built, tested, and released in your own context. From there, we will move into a focused talk on the shift from test management to quality leadership, followed by a facilitated discussion and Q&A on what this means in practice for teams and organisations.

The main meetup is a 60-minute session focused on discussion and shared learning. For anyone interested, there will be a short optional introduction to CT-ATLaS afterwards.
For those who stay on, we will briefly introduce the ISTQB® Certified Tester Agile Test Leadership at Scale (CT-ATLaS) certification and show how it can help address the challenges discussed in the meetup, including leading quality across multiple teams, improving flow, and building quality into delivery.

Let's meet and talk about what tailoring SAFe means and how it can be done. You can bring concrete challenges which you are facing at the moment or stories about how you have overcome challenges by adapting the framework.

The session will be facilitated by Mette Bruhn-Pedersen and Mette will also share some of her experiences.

This meetup is for people who already work with SAFe or want to draw inspiration from it without using all the methods and advice included in the framework.
