Agile for HR
Details
In a previous meetup we touched upon the critical role that HR (Human Resources) should play in an agile transformation. The focus of this meetup is how Agile mindset, principles and methods can be used in HR to deliver more value.
This meetup is for people working in HR who would like to understand and use Agile in their daily work.
We will start with an introduction to agile principles and then discuss how you get started or how you can continue if you have already started.
If we are enough participants to create smaller groups we can do breakout sessions based on interests.
The meetup will be facilitated by Mette Bruhn-Pedersen.
About Mette
Mette is an experienced Agile transformation leader and Agile coach. She has helped companies and organisations increase their agility using various frameworks and methodologies.
Mette is a certified SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC), Applied SAFe Quality Manager and Agility Health Trainer.
