Details

Creative Team Development: Discover how the concept of mattering can provide insight to team development practices, resulting in increased agility and shared understanding. Learn to develop impactful on-boarding practices and team building strategies and practice working with new tools to uncover individual and team strengths. Participants will engage in experiential learning to understand new ways of working with teams, as well as developing an understanding of their own strengths in leadership. Stretch your imagination and collaborate with the Vancouver Agile community, coming away with new perspectives and application of team development tools, suited to fit within your own organizational context.

Learning Outcomes

• Understand the concept of mattering and it's application and considerations within organizational contexts
• Gain experience in the practice and development of tools to support team development
• Develop an understanding of individual strengths and values as they relate to career and leadership growth.

About the Presenter

Andrea Fruhling is an Organizational Consultant, and a Career and Leadership Coach. She is also a founding partner of Doubleknot Works. Andrea enjoys helping individuals and leaders develop strengths, communication and creative problem-solving skills through workshop facilitation and coaching. Andrea is a Certified Organizational Coach (UBC) with a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation through the International Coaching Federation. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (ECUAD). Her work is practical and engaging with a focus on creativity, team engagement, career development, and active strengths-based learning.
