The West Michigan Agile Community Meet Up

TEKsystems

A Lean Lunch meeting is a highly interactive meeting that initially has no agenda. The facilitator will guide the group in building the agenda by having them develop subtopics of interest from the main topic of the meeting. The subtopics are then arranged and prioritized by way of a group vote. The group will discuss each subtopic inside of 10-minute timeboxes. The highest priority topic is discussed first. When time expires, the group votes to either continue with the current subtopic or discuss the next highest prioritized subtopic. Introductions and food start at 11:45 am and the meeting will run from 12 pm until 1 pm. The whole Lean Lean session -- from subtopic selection to discussion -- lasts one hour. Lunch is provided by TEKsystems.
