Agile coach, Certified Kanban Professional (KMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with track record of agile leadership, mentoring and scrum mastery. Servant leader who enables awesome teams to work well together and create amazing products whilst delivering value quickly.Has a deep passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Currently working as Lead Agile Coach for Retail and Labour Management, Sainsbury’s.

Mat bio:
Over the last 20 years Mat has worked in some amazing places. He's been part of some very successful start-ups and involved in large organisational change in various industries. Mat is a professional coach predominantly in technology, supporting leaders and providing them with a thinking environment to navigate change and support their continued growth. He loves nothinig more than to create immersive workshops and spaces for learning and exploration.

His work is heavily influenced by Mindfulness, Playfulness, Improv, Yoga, Randomness, a bit of Geeking and Being a Dad.

Mat's goal is to bring Calmness, Kindness, Confidence and Brilliance to the workplace.
