Dear Agile Lovers,

We are really proud to invite you to the first "Coach Retreat" meeting at Boston, US.

A Coach Retreat is a one day workshop to experience several coaching techniques. The format combines several coaching sessions in a code retreat like a repeating sequence.

The participants will practice and observe different coaching postures and techniques to solve one given situation (as the "game of life" is the popular exercise for code retreats). The key word of the coach retreat , as for code retreats is “repeat”. Each coaching session take place under a Coaching DoJo format. Sequencing the coaching dojos under a code retreat format gives a "natural" mix of words :

Coach Retreat = Code Retreat + Coaching Dojo

A detailed description of the format dynamics can be found here (http://oanasagile.blogspot.fr/2011/09/coach-retreat.html). The different news about coach retreats can be found on the site www.coachretreat.org (http://www.coachretreat.org/)
