Being part of an Agile project can be overwhelming and sometimes difficult. We have therefore decided to bring our combined 9 years of Scrum Master experiences together and deliver a full Agile-Scrum day where you will experience live, what that means to be part of an Agile-Scrum team.
Invitation
Come and share a real live experience with a group of hungry, ambitious and curious people. We will be playing roles in a simulated company adopting Agile – and we promise it will be an amazing learning experience!

• Share and learn more about the Agile-Scrum framework.
• Learn and practice Agile-Scrum concepts including: roles & responsibilities, events, and artifacts.
• Understand how projects are carried out in an Agile-Scrum framework, and live through every step of an Agile-Scrum project.
• Create a safe environment to encourage collaboration and interactions.
• Reinforce Agile values and principles by simulating how been part of an Agile –Scrum team is like.
• Provide you with a bunch of helpful tips and tricks that could improve your Agile-Scrum day-to-day experience.

Omar is an agile practitioner who simply loves Agile. Certified Scrum Master, Agile Coach & Agile Leader and LEGO Serious Play facilitator with more than 15 years in the IT field. By many considered a natural leader, a mentor and a motivator, Omar believes it is important to continually be learning and growing. He is passionate about leadership development and seeing people reaching their full potential. Omar’s dream is to be a lifelong learner, growing each day. Omar has a wonderful wife and two fantastic kids. In his free time, he tries to apply agile methodologies at the family level and enjoys traveling with his family and discover new places with them.

• Is the workshop in English or French ?
The workshop material and instructions would be in English but if you have questions in french, don't worry because one of our team members would be there to help you out.
