In this interactive session, we’ll explore together:

• What happens to performance, ownership, and focus when teams must collaborate under pressure?
• Do fixed team structures truly enable high performance, or can flexibility and adaptability achieve the same?
• How might we organize ourselves when stability and speed seem to be in conflict?

Join us for a dynamic, hands-on workshop where we’ll explore a real-life challenge step by step through a series of short iterations.
After a short introduction, you’ll have time to reflect individually, exchange thoughts in pairs and small groups, and then co-create possible approaches with the whole group.
With each round, we’ll pause to reflect on the insights gathered, reveal new layers of the situation, and dive a bit deeper — discovering together how perspectives evolve and solutions emerge.
