Jen Honermann is currently a Director in Capital One’s US Card Technology organization. In her current role as Director of Agility Enablement, she helps teams deliver the next generation of human-facing servicing capabilities by finding innovative ways to deliver.
Over her career, she has played many roles in technology with her journey continuously taking her closer to the customer. Jen is a leader in Capital One’s Women In Technology initiative focusing on community outreach and enablement in Richmond, VA. Prior to Capital One, Jen was the Manager of Release Management at The Standard in Portland, Oregon.

With 48,000 employees and $373 Billion in assets, Capital One is one of the largest banks in the United States. In her talk, Jen will discuss “Capital One’s Agile Journey”.
