Speaker 1 (30 mins): Helen Hosein From Lastminute.com

Helen is an Agile PM / Iteration Manager at lastminute.com where they use continuous deployment to maximise user feedback and to deliver value as soon as it's available to their customers. Helen will talk us through the trials and tribulations of getting Continuous Delivery into the company culture, what problems have been encountered and what benefits have resulted in doing so. This should be an interesting journey shared using world experiences. Q&A available after the talk.

Speaker 2 (30 Mins): Andy Martin From Sky
Andy’s a Product Owner at Sky and he’s going to share his experience of how agile software development and culture landed at the company six years ago. He’s going to embellish with buckets of specific examples in the belief that they will be helpful to others.

Finally, Andy’s going to take his best shot at convincing you that it’s never been a better time to learn how do do things differently, and that you should always question how you work to make yourself better at what you do.
