At BNZ Digital we regularly take time out to work on our own ideas. Inspired by Atlasian's FedEx day model we have two days to come up with new and innovative ideas, many of which are now in the hands of our customers. This time we went one step further, we decided to get close, really close to our customers and have them do the innovating with us! Our goals were to:
1. Build a new mobile feature in two days 2. Build the feature with our customers sitting next to us. This presentation shows what we did, how we did it and the surprising things we learned along the way. During the past 10 years I have worked on the business side of technology, mostly as a Business Analyst. A few years ago I become a Business Lead aka Product Owner as BNZ Digital converted to Agile.
Outside work I ride and race motorcycles and spend way too much time (according to the wife) watching movies in our home theatre.
