The world has changed a lot since we posted this meetup, so we’re trying to adapt as well and experimenting with our first completely online AgileWelly meetup!
Shane Hastie, Director of Community Development at ICAgile will be joining us for a talk about running retrospectives remotely, examples of retros to run, tech options, the good points and challenges of remote retros.
During this meetup, we’ll start with the main talk, then break out into seperate online ‘rooms’ for discussions about different online retros (feel free to bring one you want to try) before regrouping for a final wrap up and virtual networking.
We’ve never done this type of meetup before so please join us for the experiment and discussions.
