Details

Ever wonder how some companies build brand loyalty, motivate employees to excellence and entice customers to stay forever? Now’s your chance to learn more about intrinsic motivators and mapping user journeys.

Agile speaks about delighting customers, SAFe principles require unlocking intrinsic motivation and everyone wants to become more customer centric. Finally, we have the tools and a way to combine these aspects and you have a chance to experience it firsthand.

The human experience design firm Cravety will be showing us how to access and use an untapped information source: intrinsic motivators. You’ll learn how to use this powerful data set to create employee journeys like no other, solving for engagement, productivity, and retention issues.

Like previous months, this will be hands-on, interactive and not only will you have a chance to present, you’ll learn about your own motivators too.
