- Please know that we are researching the opportunity to share this night virtually with you all. We will update with specifics as soon as we are ready. -
Grant Warden will share his presentation "Achieving Agile Actualization" with a look at applying Maslow's hierarchy of needs model for high-performance agility. In 1943, Abraham Maslow introduced the now famous model of Hierarchy of Needs, which is a motivational theory in psychology comprising a five-tier model of human needs, often depicted as hierarchical levels within a pyramid. These stages of human motivation can also be applied to corresponding levels of Agile maturity. As an Agile leader, you can leverage this model to guide and coach your team to evolve to an actualized state of high-performance.
Tomo Wantanobe will share his presentation "Empathic Communication" with a practical look at what makes us do what we often do and why. He will introduce "Empathic Communication", and what each of us can start doing right way to practice "Individuals and Interactions". Anything to do with humans is complex, and this is no exception. We have to take advantage of every individual's skills, experience, and knowledge to be successful, and through interactions, we establish a vision, determine a direction, create a plan, execute it, deliver, and learn. You will be introduced to an ensemble of the teachings of several thought leaders of the modern time like Steven Covey, David Snowden, Dr. David Rock, Dr. John Gottman, and Brené Brown.
This will be a great evening not to be missed! Thanks for your support!
