Meditation is proven to help with stress and increase well-being. It renews us on a cellular level! When we meditate in a group we support each other and it is extra magical. Each class is stand alone and we will learn techniques that you can incorporate into a home practice. We will be learning how to ground our energy and how to connect to source energy and elevate, about the chakras and how to balance them. I will give each attendant a little singing bowl clearing and blessing and we will pull a tarot card to get some information to support us on our current path and moving forward. Bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on, and whatever you need to be comfortable, I recommend bringing a journal to write down what you experienced.
