IIBA Auckland is back with our “In Person” events!
We are pleased to invite our group members to an interactive presentation -- An introduction to the Theory of Constraints (ToC) and its application in Flow, Planning and Thinking where we will cover the following topics:
- An overview of ToC
- Using ToC to balance flow
- Using ToC to develop a plan
- Using ToC to clarify our thinking
About the speaker:
Jits Doolabh is always searching for better ways to do things. He believes that we shouldn’t simply accept things as they are but question what we are being told and to find our own truth. His search for a better way led him to Systems Thinking and the Theory of Constraints (ToC).
Jits works in the IT arena and has experience across both Development and Operations. He is equally at ease at applying Kanban and ToC to either a dev environment or an ops environment.
Jits has a Masters in Engineering and holds Kanban, DevOps and Agile certifications up to instructor level. He also holds a Jonah certification from the TOCICO and earned a graduate certificate in constraints management from Washington State University.
