What we're about

Do you enjoy wine and having fun? This group is for you! We attend wine tastings, visit local wineries and wine bars, the occasional Happy Hour, and events where we can learn about wine or wine/food pairings (Wine and Chocolate is one of our favorites!). We schedule weekend trips to wineries in the area, PA and the Lake Erie Wine Trail in NY.

We like to have fun and are usually outside at wineries in the Spring and Summer months. We usually attend the Kent Art and Wine Festival, Vintage Ohio and the Hudson or Medina Wine Festivals. We also schedule "non wine" events such as dancing, seeing live bands or plays.

Everyone is welcome - from the novice to the experienced taster. Let's enjoy all the Akron/Canton area has to offer! Meetup is all about the fun and meeting new people!

Suggestions are welcome!

NOTE: By attending this group's events, you acknowledge you are 21 years of age or older. Also, drinking any alcoholic beverage at events is not a requirement, you do so on your own. Organizer is not responsible, nor liable for any issues, etc. that occur if you drink alcohol.
